Immigrant Arrested For Disturbing Crime

Tennessee police arrested a 19-year-old Guatemalan immigrant after he reportedly raped his 8-year-old stepsister.

The man, Diego Tomas-Tomas, was arrested and charged with raping his 8-year-old stepsister after the victim gave a description of the assault through an abuse hotline.

Police made several attempts to contact Tomas to no avail, but finally found him through an uncle. During an interview with authorities, Tomas admitted that he knew what he did was wrong, Breitbart reported.

“Take back our country…….take that child and get her help. That him and put him in jail with the rest of these scum. GET THEM OUT OF OUR COUNTRY. TAKE OUR COUNTRY BACK. LAW ENFORCEMENT NEEDS TO STEP UP AND PROSECUTE THEM,” one Mad World News reader commented on the site’s Facebook page.

“If we aren’t gonna execute this little pos then at least put him in prison in general population and make sure everyone knows why he’s there. As for the people trying to protect him they need the absolute hell beat outta them,” another added.

In another story involving immigrants, a Colorado man was arrested by immigration officials despite having no criminal history and being labeled “not a priority” by authorities.

Arturo Hernandez Garcia was outside of a Denver warehouse when ICE agents called out his name. When he responded, the 44-year-old was taken into custody.

Garcia reportedly first caught the attention of ICE authorities after he was falsely arrested for threatening assault. He was acquitted of the charges, but was flagged for overstaying the visa he was given in 2003. After being told to leave, Garcia refused — citing his two children who were American citizens.

Garcia sought asylum at the First Unitarian Church in Denver while friends petitioned President Obama to let him stay, KCNC reported. Nine months later, he was informed that he was no longer a priority for deportation.

“It’s a real sadness. A sense of impotence to not be able to do anything, to not be able to do anything for him,” Garcia’s wife, Ana Sauzameda, told KCNC.

The detainment came after President Trump’s Department of Homeland Security began deporting undocumented immigrants with any level of criminal history.

On April 12, Maria de Jesus Jimenez Sanchez, who was convicted in 2012 of driving without a license, was deported to Mexico after previously being granted three stays of deportation. The woman had three American-born children and had lived in the U.S. for two decades before being deported.
