Man Catches Women Allegedly Stealing His Stuff (Video)

AmericaNow Staff  ·  August 8, 2016

A Florida father filmed two women he says were trying to steal his family’s canopy at New Smyrna Beach (video below).

“You need some help?” the father, who asks to only be identified as Rich, asks in the video uploaded onto YouTube, the Daily Mail reports.

“Do you know how to do it?” they respond, unaware who the man talking to them was.

“Yeah. This is our stuff,” Rich calmly replies.

“This is yours?” one of the woman asks incredulously.

After he confirms all of the stuff is his, they look at him in shock. For a few seconds, they are unable to say anything.

At first, a polite Rich reassures them, saying he will let it slide.

One of the women simply says she really thought it was her stuff, before moving aside, still in shock.

Yet for some reason, one of the women decides to act hostile, demanding he put down the camera.

“How about you get away from my s—? How about that?” Rich aggressively responds for the first — and last — time in the video.

While the woman moves forward threateningly, Rich just laughs.

“Seriously?” he asks amused, before the video ends.

Rich later told the media what happened after he turned off the camera.

“I continued to back up as we went around the canopy frame. In the most bizarre moment she gnashed her teeth, lunging at me with an open palm and said, “I’ll grab your d—!” I appreciated the offer but didn’t feel the chemistry was there,” said Rich.

Although someone called the police, Rich decided not to file a report against the women.

After uploading the recording, the video went viral, receiving more than 12 million views and much criticism.

According to AGG, the women — whose names were revealed to be Kathleen Duffy and Linda Duffy Kelly — decided to pursue legal action after Fox News played the video. They argue the video ruined their reputation.
