Husband Captures Shocking Footage On CCTV Camera (Video)

A suspicious husband in India knew his wife was up to no good, so he set up a camera to catch her in the act. What he wound up capturing was much more disturbing than he had anticipated (video below).

Sandeep Jain began to suspect that his wife, Sangeeta Jain, was abusing his elderly mother, 70-year-old Rajrani Jain, while he wasn’t around. Sandeep had no proof, however, so he decided to set up a CCTV camera in his mother’s bedroom.

When Sandeep reviewed the surveillance footage, he was shocked and disturbed by what he saw. The abuse was much worse than he expected.

According to Newsiosity, the video shows Sangeeta running into Rajrani’s room and jumping on her bed to strangle her with a cloth, while simultaneously punching her in head several times.

At one point, Sangeeta leaves the room to return with a stone, which she uses to beat her 70-year-old mother-in-law.

According to NDTV, Sangeeta was arrested for the attempted murder of Rajrani Jain after the video spread on social media.

“She came out of the kitchen and started slapping me,” Rajrani Jain told NDTV, with her head wrapped in bandages. “She also started to beat me with bricks…I do not know why she does it.”

Sangeeta claims that the video was faked, however.

“They made this fake video to ruin me,” Sangeeta said. “They beat me so many times…there is no video of that.”

Sandeep and Sangeeta had been married for seven years when the video was taken. Sandeep says Sangeeta has had a history of being violent.

“She was always like this,” he told NDTV. “She used to attack us all — my parents, me…”

Sandeep said he doesn’t know why he waited so long to report his wife’s violence.

“I waited for a year and then thought of installing a CCTV camera to expose her,” he said.
