Witness Swears Under Oath That Trump Raped Underage Girl

An anonymous woman filed a federal lawsuit in late June against Donald Trump for allegedly raping her four times when she was 13 years old.

The plaintiff, known only as “Jane Doe,” accused the presumptive Republican nominee of raping her four times in 1994 at the home of former playboy-turned Level 3 registered sex offender Jeffery Epstein. According to Jane Doe, Epstein kept her and other young girls at his home to offer up for sex to wealthy individuals.

During the fourth alleged sexual assault, Jane Doe reportedly asked Trump to stop, but he hit her and threatened to make her and her family “disappear” like a 12-year-old girl named Maria who had also reportedly been at Epstein’s house.

Though the statute of limitations has long expired, Jane Doe’s attorney has requested additional time due to the complainant not having “freedom of will to institute suit earlier in time,” notes the Huffington Post.

A particularly unusual component of this case is that an additional witness, known only as “Tiffany Doe,” also recently came forward and recounted a very similar story to Jane’s. Tiffany said that Epstein had hired her at the time to recruit adolescents to attend parties with Epstein. But it went much further. Tiffany said that she “personally witnessed the Plaintiff being forced to perform various sexual acts” with both Trump and Epstein “despite her pleas to stop” and that they were both fully aware that she was 13 years old.

“I am coming forward to swear to the truthfulness of the physical and sexual abuse that I personally witnessed of minor females at the hands of Mr. Trump and Mr. Epstein,” Tiffany testified. “… I swear to these facts under the penalty for perjury even though I fully understand that the life of myself and my family is now in grave danger.”

Trump has been accused of sexual assault in the past but has brushed off the previous accusations, for which he has never been convicted, as “categorically untrue.”

Though Trump maintained after Epstein’s arrest that the pair were not very close, the billionaire had previously spoken frequently and fondly of Epstein.

“I’ve known Jeff for 15 years,” Trump said before Epstein’s controversy. “Terrific guy. He’s a lot of fun to be with. It is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side.”
