Texas Woman’s Face Says It All After Seeing What Dentist Slipped Inside Her Mouth

A Texas dentist garnered praise for fixing a woman’s teeth for free after she’d been abused by her ex (video below).

Kenny Wilstead explained that his patient, Kyleigha Scott, came into his office to have a wisdom tooth extracted. He proceeded to ask what was wrong with her front tooth, and she revealed the horrific circumstances.

“She told me her Ex headbutted her and the last dentist couldn’t fix it. So for 2 years she said she had lived with her front tooth in shambles,” he wrote.

“She said she was definitely going to have me fix all her teeth with tax returns. I said….He*^ no!! We gonna fix that tooth right now, no charge. She didn’t ask or expect anything of the sort. This was her reaction. A moment I will cherish forever.”

The clip Wilstead posted of the woman seeing her fixed teeth for the first time quickly went viral after being shared online.

“In a way it’s one of the few times where I get to be a magician and just completely stun somebody right there in the chair,” Wilstead told KYTX.

Scott commented on Wilstead’s post after it went viral, thanking people for spreading the story around.

“Thank you all so much for your support and I’m so happy that this story has touched so many of your hearts! It’s truly something I will never forget! Now when I look in the mirror I see me not the person who was beat and broken! I’m still weeping tears of joy and will probably be doing so untill the day I no longer am on this Earth,” she wrote.

Many people praised the dentist for being so selfless in his effort to help the young woman get her teeth fixed.

“You did a wonderful thing for this young lady! You have her back her self esteem, self respect, her smile and so much more! We need more people like you in this world,” one viewer commented on Wilstead’s post.

“God bless this dentist,” another Mad World News reader commented on the site’s Facebook page.

People like you are the reason why this world still has hope. Such an amazing gesture of kindness and compassion that I know has changed this woman’s life,” another added. “You are a hero!”
