‘Apprentice’ Produce Reveals There Are ‘Far Worse’ Tapes Of Trump
Television producer Bill Pruitt took to twitter on October 8 to suggest that the leaked video tape of Donald Trump discussing sexual assault was just the beginning. The tweet comes not 24-hours from the leak of the first tape.
“As a producer on seasons 1 & 2 of #theapprentice I assure you: when it comes to the #trumptapes there are far worse.#justthebegininng,” Pruitt tweeted, reports The Hill.
“The Apprentice” was a reality TV series that ran for 14 seasons with now-Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump as the lead. NBC ended its relationship with Trump in 2015 when he began his campaign for president.
Mike Fleiss, a fellow reality TV producer, followed Pruitt’s tweet with one of his own.
“Told ya!!!” Fleiss, who produces “The Bachelor”, wrote, reports Us Weekly. “The first of The Trump Tapes has been released. Boom! A lot more where that came from! @realDonaldTrump is a pure scumbag!!!”
Multiple crew members of “The Apprentice” have come forward to describe Trump’s sexual harassment on set.
“We were in the boardroom one time, figuring out who to blame for the task, and he just stopped in the middle and pointed to someone and said, ‘You’d f–k her, wouldn’t you? I’d f–k her. C’mon, wouldn’t you?’,” an anonymous crew member from the show stated. “Everyone [was] trying to make him stop talking, and the woman [was] shrinking in her seat.”
But Hope Hicks, a campaign spokeswoman for Trump, denies the claims of the show’s crew.
“These outlandish, unsubstantiated, and totally false claims fabricated by publicity hungry, opportunistic, disgruntled former employees, have no merit whatsoever,” Hicks told the Associated Press, notes Us Weekly. “‘The Apprentice’ was one of the most successful prime-time television shows of all time and employed hundreds of people over many years, many of whom support Mr. Trump’s candidacy.”
