Mob Emerges For Chat With Teen … Guess What Happened Next

A shocking video (below) shows a teen being beaten by a group of boys outside of a church festival.

In the clip, the 13-year-old from Norwood, Ohio, is approached by a group of boys and quickly attacked.

After the video went viral, the boy’s grandmother spoke to WKRC about the disturbing incident.

“You guys don’t know what that video’s like to watch when it’s your own kid,” Mary Baker said. ” And I don’t know how a parent can watch it — even the kids that did that. How could they watch that video and accept that.”

Baker said her grandson was at risk for a concussion. She said he didn’t fight back out of fear of being kicked off his school’s football team.

Kim Watkins, whose son shot the clip, said the same group of teens threatened her son earlier that day across the street from her home.

“I came out and tried to shoo them away. They cursed at me, they called me names they threatened to shoot my house up,” Watkins said.

Police reportedly identified the attackers from the video after it surfaced online.

“You see these videos on social media and it’s getting very disturbing to me that nothing seems to be done but we’re going to do something,” Norwood Police Department Lt. Ron Murphy said.

Six of the seven teens who attacked Baker’s grandson were identified and were reportedly set to face assault charges.

“Charge their legal guardians with assault as well. There has to be more consequences when juveniles break the law,” one Mad World News reader commented on the site’s Facebook page.

“It’s hard to watch,” another wrote. “But it happens alot. But its not called racist or a hate crime but if it were white kids jumping a black kid they would be charge with a hate crime. Smh. Its just bad kids being bad it has nothing to do with color.”

“There are no words to describe these punks and they wonder why white people are racist this is uncalled for if it would have been one black it would have never happened they have always got to gang up on one white boy,” another added.

“I’m surprised it even made the news,” said another commenter. “It doesn’t fit their narrative. Now if it was 7 white kids jumping 1 black kid, it would be on every major news outlet for a month and those kids would be in jail facing serious crimes. Hate crimes, I’m sure.”
