Woman Accused Of Making 15 False Rape Accusations

A UK court was told a woman made 15 false rape and sexual assaults accusations against various men.

Jemma Beale, 25, allegedly stormed out of court when accused of having consensual sex in a garage with two men, the Daily Mail reports.

Her most recent accusation targeted Luke Williams and Steven McCormack, whom she alleges gang-raped her alongside various others.

Beale claimed Williams took her to a garage where she was forced into sex, alleging he was armed with a machete.

However, it was then revealed in the days before the reported attack, McCormack said Beal had threatened to get him into trouble with law enforcement.

“You were already planning what you were about to do — accuse him of attacking you,” Prosecutor John Price QC told Beale. “It was the opportunity to do what you had been threatening to do which was to get Steven McCormack in trouble with the police. Luke Williams was an unlucky stooge.”

Price also paid reference to the fact Beale had been texting a friend, saying that Williams had a machete while alone with Williams.

“Why didn’t you use the [emergency] app if he had threatened you with a knife — someone you thought was going to harm you?” said Price. “You knew you were in no danger from Luke Williams.”

Beale also had previously accused other men of sexual assault, landing some in jail.

She claimed she was a lesbian and a virgin before Mahan Cassim allegedly raped her in 2012, which caused Cassim to spend seven years in jail. Beale is now charged with perjury after it was revealed she had sex with her boyfriend as a teenager.

“That was a wrongful conviction,” said Price, reports Fox News. “Mahad Cassim was innocent. The person responsible for the grave injustice was the defendant, through her false allegation and perjured evidence. She maintains that falsity still.”

Further, in July 2012, Beale alleged she was sexually assaulted by four men in an alley. Yet CCTV showed her walking home alone that night.

News of the trial has shocked readers.

“Women like her are the reason why real victims of rapes and sexual abuse are not taken seriously,” commented one person on the Daily Mail’s Facebook page. “Disgusting woman.”

Some attacked the woman personally.

“In fairness it’s no wonder she was found out, i mean who on earth would even contemplate in their right mind to touching that vile creature?” commented one.

Others defended her.

“Clearly she has a serious mental illness! I hope she gets the help she needs & that those whom she victimized will also get justice,” commented another. “Now for all of you who are bashing her for her looks…. you are no better than she is.”
