Woman Falls Backward Into Ocean, Crazy Thing Happens (Video)

In a clip that has now gone viral, a woman demonstrated that swimming in the Dead Sea in Israel is incredibly easy (video below).

In the video, the woman can be seen standing in the Dead Sea, which is known for its high salt content, reports Newsiosity. Many believe that the water has healing powers, but a little-known fact about the sea is that it causes people to float easily. 

The woman demonstrates this fact in an astonishing moment, when she falls backward into the water — only to float effortlessly without sinking at all. 

“Was there in 1987 while I was stationed there with the U. S. Army. I’m not that great of a swimmer, but was also able to float on my stomach with my head, arms and legs out of the water. It was a wow moment for me,” one Newsiosity reader wrote on the site’s Facebook page.

“Was there a few years ago and it is fascinating. The water is so hot and the salt keeps you afloat,” another added.
