Giuliani: Trump Has The Establishment ‘Shaking’ (Video)
Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani said that the establishment is terrified of a Donald Trump presidency – which is exactly why he urged voters to cast their ballots for the Republican presidential nominee in November (video below).
“Here’s the one thing I want you to listen to, because this is why you should vote for him – most important,” Giuliani says in a video uploaded to YouTube by USA Newsblok24. “Donald Trump gets the establishment nervous. They’re shaking! I can see them on television. They’re mostly Democrats, but he’s got a couple of those Republicans shaking too.”
In the clip, Giuliani goes on to say that there are a few bad apples in the Republican Party as well as the Democratic one and both components of the status quo need to drastically change.
“The establishment on both sides of the aisle – they’re shaking,” the former mayor adds. “And you know what? They should be. Because when he becomes president of the United States, he’s going to do one thing and one thing alone. He is going to represent you and not them. He will be your voice.”
Giuliani says that Trump is the complete “opposite” of Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton.
This woman is anti-military, she’s anti-police, she is anti-growth economy,” says Giuliani, who goes on to point out that Trump is “for a growth economy” and is “going to put money into your pocket” while Clinton is “going to take it out of your pocket.”
“He’s pro law and order,” Giuliani adds. “And she is just the opposite. Do you know that she excluded uniformed police officers from the Democratic National Convention floor?”
The crowd boos loudly.
“They were embarrassed to have men in uniform and women in uniform on the floor of that convention,” the outspoken Trump supporter explains. “She’s refused to submit an application for an endorsement by the Fraternal Order of Police. So when I say that Donald Trump is pro-police and she is not, I know what I’m talking about. And I remember her as a senator in New York and what she used to do with the police – same thing.”
Giuliani endorsed Trump in April of this year, notes ABC News. Though he initially announced that he was not formal part of the effort to elect Trump, he has since taken to the stump to campaign for the GOP nominee on several occasions.
