Mom Checks Secret Camera She Set Up In 6-Year-Old’s Room, Immediately Calls 911 (Photo)

A Missouri mother’s concerns about her boyfriend were reportedly confirmed after she installed a hidden camera inside her daughter’s room.

The woman grew suspicious of her 30-year-old boyfriend, Joshua Bibby, after allegedly catching him in her 6-year-old daughter’s room while she slept.

According to KCTV, court documents state that the little girl said she “woke up to Bibby’s hands down [her] pants.”

Bibby was found sleeping in the 6-year-old’s room on several occasions, according to the Kansas City Star.

“She just had a weird feeling,” an unidentified friend of the girl’s mother told WDAF. “We hoped nothing was happening. We hoped we wouldn’t find anything.”

The child’s mother decided to hide a camera inside one of her daughter’s toys, and a live feed was sent to her cellphone.

One day, the woman left her little girl alone with Bibby, telling him she was going to a store with a friend.

Less than three minutes after the pair left, “they both watched the camera and saw Bibby go into the victim’s room and pull the victim’s pants down,” court documents stated.

The footage allegedly shows Bibby taking a picture of the girl’s genitals and masturbating while she sleeps.

Police arrested Bibby the following morning after the woman reported the incident to authorities.

But many online users were livid at the mother for permitting the 30-year-old pedophile around her child.

“So if this woman suspected him of such a thing, then why in God’s name would she leave her little girl alone with this sicko?” one user wrote. “Yeah he took the bait, but at what price? My thoughts are with this poor child that had to be used to catch this creep. I hope he rots in jail forever, or even better, gets his a** shanked for what he did.”

Bibby was charged with sexual exploitation of a minor. He was held on a $200,000 cash bond and banned from having any contact with children.

“He can’t deny it,” the mother’s friend said. “That’s the one thing everybody keeps saying. Because we had the nanny cam, we have evidence. So I guess that’s one thing we can take away from it.”
