Muslim Grocery Store Worker Arrested For Shocking Crime
A Connecticut grocery store worker was arrested and charged with committing food stamp fraud over the course of 18 months.
Tallat Mahmood reportedly allowed customers to use their food stamps for ineligible items and cash – meaning that the store would have redeemed a total of $3.2 million in food stamp benefits between November of 2014 and June of 2016.
With the amount of eligible items at the store, the most they would lawfully have been able to redeem was $240,000 per year, the Hartford Courant reported.
Mahmoud pleaded guilty to unlawful use of food stamp benefits and conspiracy to commit food stamp fraud.
“WHY are they getting anything in the 1st place? They come here they should be able to work and earn money just like everyone else. We pay for this public service for our citizens. This is outrageous! Deport them all. They DO NOT want to be here. Get out,” one Mad World News reader wrote in response on the site’s Facebook page.
“WTF how the hell do we give them all that money in food stamps to stock the store and they do not do shit like that for any of us this is straight up bullshit after its our money. They bring in these so called people and give them everything needed and more to help them to be better off then us and they repay us with rape and murder of our people f**k this shit,” another added.
“THEY all have their hands in a money stealing racket!! THEY are good at raping the food stamp program, The Russians are great at avoiding fuel taxes , etc! But the crappy judges and local district attorney ‘s Slap their hands AND let them out to get a piece of the pie with them, again, again and again!! They all are crooks deluxe,” another wrote.
Some readers called for the man to be deported for his massive fraud scam.
“Pull his citizenship, prison, then the first flight out of here,” one reader commented.
“Make him pay for his crime and then deport him,” another added.
